Lily arrived in April 2024, together with little Zoey. She was much younger than Zoey but they were close and so both came to us. She is about 5 years old, quite cheeky and loves sleeping completely covered by a blanket.
Roxy Wollie
Roxy Wollie arrived in May 2019, together with her friend Max Worsie. Their owners had become ill, lost their home and had to give up their dogs. She was 8 years old. Roxy was a sweet, fluffy, dainty girl. She passed away from cancer in December 2021.
Spikkels
Spikkels came to us in May 2019, via KZN Valley Dogs. She was less than a year old but unwanted. I knew her since she was a small pup. She has some greyhound in the mix and can run like the wind. She’s a daddy’s girl and very protective of her humans.
Twiggy
Twiggy came to us in November 2019, along with her friend Pixey. Their owner had passed away. She was 13. She was completely deaf but so feisty. She loved her special snacks. She passed away in her sleep in November 2021.
Ollie
10 year old Ollie arrived in July 2024. The vet had to extract most of his teeth and he is deaf as well. He is a very happy boy, puttering around the property whenever he feels like it.
Pixey
Pixey was 12 when she arrived together with Twiggy in November 2019. Their owner had passed away. Pixey loved waking up the whole household at 4 am, demanding breakfast. She passed away in May 2022.
